482 Visas

This is a Temporary Work visa which allows skilled workers to come to Australia and work a for an approved business for up to four years. It allows you to bring eligible dependent family members with you and allows multiple entry in and out of Australia without any restrictions. It may be possible to convert this to a permanent visa.

It is a 3 stage process:

1. Sponsorship: The Australian business or prospective employer must be approved as a business sponsor. 

2. Nomination: The Australian business must nominate a position to be filled.

3. Visa Application: Once you have sponsored and nominated, you may apply for the visa relating to the nominated position.
